Price listed is per day (10 hr day) The onsite or offsite coordinator for overseeing the entire process of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing live event productions from start to finish in a live event production. The Project Manager is also responsible for:
- Supervising personnel and activities
- Coordinating resources
- Collecting materials
- Managing the budget
- Operating AV equipment
- Staffing crew for projects
- Managing equipment for projects
- Ensuring on-time completion
- Preparing room audits
- Providing operation reports and project updates
Technicians work either 5 hour & 10 hour minimums. OT after 10 hrs. DT after 14. For 5 hour calls that go over, DT after 5 hrs, Full Day Rate after 6 hrs.
