Description
Price listed is per day (10 hr day): The primary audio engineer in a live event production, responsible for the technical design and live sound mixing of the sound system. The A1 is also responsible for:
- Equipment maintenance and repair: Diagnosing and troubleshooting broken equipment
- System redesign: Implementing changes based on client feedback or production needs
- Relaying information: From the producer, director, and TD to the rest of the audio crew
- Monitoring and adjusting audio levels: Throughout the performance
Technicians work either 5 hour & 10 hour minimums. OT after 10 hrs. DT after 14. For 5 hour calls that go over, DT after 5 hrs, Full Day Rate after 6 hrs.
